Best of... Google Street View: Selection One

Google Street View has millions of pictures from all over the world,
almost impossible to view them all.
So here's where I come in. I'm a huge fan of Google Street View,
and I search for the unusal or interesting pictures and post them here for you.
Making it easier for you to see and enjoy.

Google Street View has a hard time in Switzerland, with it's very strict regulations and laws on peoples privacy. Google has to make sure you can't recongnize peoples faces or car plates. Here we can clearly see that both has been accomplished. But even though you can recognize celebrities, in this case the President of the Sion Soccer Team, Christian Constantin. And because of this Google has decided, a day after it was published in the Newspapers, to not only smudge his face but his whole body (see the following picture below).

Good job, much better now. The thing is: If you happen to know the celebrity, you'll probably know what kind of car they drive. In this case a Maserati. So basically Google would have to smudge up his car too... but where would this lead to? Smudge up street names, signs, buildings... what's going to be left to see? So hey, If you're worried about been caught on a Street View Camera, don't do anything you don't want to be caught doing, like in this case, where we see Mr. Constantin visiting the Police Station in Lausanne, Switzerland, for what reasons we do not know or even care. Another way not to get caught on a Street View Camera is to simply just stay at home in you're basement, and don't aim to become a celebrity.
